Title Research Associates, Inc. was established in 1996 and has performed well over 90,000 title searches. We are a full service abstracting and recording company that still goes to the county courthouses to obtain necessary copies and record documents. We have extensive experience performing searches for all types of clients including Title Companies, Law Firms, Foreclosure Attorneys, State of Maryland Dept of Transportation, as well as several different County Governments. We have an extensive title plant for each county that we do searches; covering thousands of subdivision basic files and conveyance lists for most major corporations, developers and builders.
